Do I have to book?

No booking is required, ever! Yes you’ve read that right! We offer a variety of classes so you can just turn up and attend when it suits you most!

We do however request for your first class that you arrive about five to 10 minutes early so we can get you oriented to our classes.

What do I need to bring with me?

If you have a mat and weights, those are helpful however we typically have a few spare for new customers when trying out our classes.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and a good pair of cross trainers.

Which class is most suitable for beginners? Do I have to be fit to attend?

Our professionally trained instructors demonstrate both high and low impact in all classes, to make classes inclusive for all fitness levels. If however, you are looking for a lighter option our Lo classes are a great place to start as these classes are taught entirely low impact.

How long are classes?

All classes are 55 – 60 Minutes, except Strength45 which is 45 minutes.
